Our Recent Design Awards & Publications
Awards and Publications
As a team, we are hugely passionate about creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind spaces that our clients love. But, the cherry on top? Being recognized for all the hard work we’ve put into our various projects. Below, we’ve listed the recent awards we have won and a few recent publications where NGD Interiors has been featured. Plus, we’ve included an award ceremony that our founder, Nina Green, was asked to be a judge at. To date, we are truly honored to be recognized within our industry and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
The American Society of Interior Designers Awards
American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) is a nonprofit organization based in the United States that promotes the profession of interior design. The annual ASID National Awards celebrate the people, companies, and work that is making a difference in the world through their talent, drive, and commitment to bettering humanity through design.
In 2020, our team at NGD Interiors was incredibly proud to receive an Honorable Mention for our Beech Street Residence within the Residential Bathroom Category (<$50,000). To view this award-winning project of ours, click here.
The Innovators: 2020
Innovators come from all avenues of the design world, and they are the lifeblood of the kitchen and bath industry. For this reason, Kitchen & Bath Design News (KBDN) is proud to present its annual Top 50 Innovators list, honoring kitchen and bath professionals. These professionals have won the respect of their peers and the industry through their creative talents, leadership skills, business acumen, community involvement, and professionalism.
In 2020, NGD’s Nina Green was included in the Top 50 Innovators list. “While many designers still use paper design boards with picture cut-outs, Nina Green walks clients through their space in a virtual-reality immersive experience, where the client’s selected materials are incorporated into every piece.”
National Judge for National Kitchen and Bath Association’s Design Angel Award
Sustainability and recycling were among the key areas of focus at KBIS 2020, with manufacturers, designers, and installers looking for ways to shrink the environmental footprint of building and remodeling. The National Kitchen & Bath (NKBA)Association/Renovation Angel Luxury Kitchen Recycling Awards honored individuals for efforts in recycling high-end kitchens.
In 2020, George Oliphant (of NBC’s Emmy award-winning show, George to the Rescue) presented and served as head judge for the awards. Our own Nina Green, along with other top industry professionals, also served as one of the judges for the awards.

Article Title: Leading Designers of Philadelphia
Ask Nina Green to sum up the essence of design, and she won’t waste time mincing words. “Design isn’t a job,” she says. “It’s a passion in life.” And she uses that passion to design some of the most show-stopping spaces throughout the Northeast. “We offer full service design, from working alongside your architect with space planning to placing the last monogrammed napkin at your dining room table,” Nina says.

Article Title: Designing Cape May (The Daughter’s Bedroom)
‘This bedroom, called “Mermaid,” was designed for the homeowners’ ‘tween daughter, designer Nina Green says. “Overall, the owners wanted something that was going to be sophisticated, but that also incorporated the lavender and glam look the daughter wanted.” The owners also wanted to make sure the furniture and finishes would grow with the daughter, without it being a “child’s room,” Green says.
