Classic Living Room Refresh
A classic living room refresh that features freshly upholstered side chairs, cerused oak furniture, and blue accents.
NGD Interiors was brought into this project to turn this hodge podge space into a classic living room. We started with striping the remaining wallpaper off the wall and adding a fresh blue gray color, perfect for coordinating with the existing window treatments. We added overhead ceiling lights so the room could stay functional during the evening, as well as on a gloomy day.
A classic rich blue area rug with a tan geometric pattern was added over the existing carpet. Next, a traditional neutral tufted sofa was added. Pillows were added with matching blue accents. The classic side chairs, inherited from the client’s mother was reupholstered in a fresh classic floral. The chairs feature a classic floral jacquard in a tan blue pattern with channel tufting.
